I joined Maple Finance as a product manager and interim designer. They needed support to bridge into launch of both the protocol as well as a $10M Liquidity Boostrap Pool using Balancer.

I assisted in:

1. tying down an incomplete UX flow in Figma,
2. E2E testing of the protocol and application once complete,
3. creating a custom Maple UI and simulation for the LBP event,
4. developing their roadmap and ticketing process,
5. onboarding a new Lead Designer, and
6. building out their public documentation/demos.

The most challenging aspect of working with this team was coordinating between Australia, the Philippines, and California (where I lived at the time).
